Updating Your Contact Information
To keep your property manager updated with your current details, undertake the following steps:
- Go to the “Account Profile” tab.
- Locate the “Contact Information” block.
- Update necessary fields such as your:
- Email address (used for logging in)
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Vehicle information
- Click “Save” to record the changes.
Changing Your Password
Secure your account by frequently updating your password using these steps:
- Visit the “Account Profile” tab.
- Find the “Password” block.
- Enter your current password.
- Create and confirm a new password, ensuring it contains 8 to 32 characters, including at least one letter and one number or symbol.
- Click “Save” to apply the changes.
Adjusting Language Preferences
To enhance usability, the portal supports a bilingual interface. Change your language preference to Spanish by:
- Accessing the “Account Profile” tab.
- Navigating to the “Choose Your Language” section.

- The reason for leaving
- Your new address (if known)
- Click “Submit” to send the notification.
Setting Up Rent Reminders
Avoid late rent payments by setting up reminders through these steps:
- Head over to the “Account Profile” tab.
- In the “Contact Preferences” block, specify whether you want to receive email reminders or mobile push notifications.
- Click “Save” to activate the reminders.
Spanish Translation on Login & Activation Screens
Opt for a Spanish interface right from the login and activation screens. Here’s how:
- Find and click the new link on the login screen to toggle between English and Spanish.
- Upon logging in, your preference will be saved in the “Account Profile,” remembering your choice for future logins, provided cookies are not cleared.
Deleting Your Account
In case you are no longer renting through the property manager, follow these steps to delete your account:
- Reach out to your property manager directly.
- Request them to delete the login credentials associated with your account.
