Submitting a Maintenance Request
Access the Maintenance Feature
Log in to the tenant portal and navigate to the Maintenance tab.
If this option is not visible, contact your property manager, as maintenance access may not be enabled for your account.
Create a New Request
Click Request Maintenance to start a new request.
Describe the Issue
Provide a clear and detailed description of the problem so the maintenance team can understand the issue fully.
Attach Photos
Upload one or more photos that clearly show the issue.
Be sure to select all required photos at the same time when uploading from your computer or camera roll.
Grant Entry Permission
Indicate whether the property manager or maintenance team is permitted to enter the property using their key.
Submit the Request
After entering all required information, click Submit Request.
Select Preferred Time Slots
On the next screen, choose three or more preferred time windows for maintenance access.
Confirm your selections by clicking Submit.
Checking the Status of a Maintenance Request
View Request Overview
Return to the Maintenance tab to see a summary view of your maintenance request and its current status.
Review Status Updates
The status will indicate where your request is in the process, such as:
Received
Technician contacted
Scheduled
Completed
View Detailed Status
Click Check Status to see a detailed view of the request, including:
Timeline updates
Scheduling details
Communications sent to you

Q: Can I submit multiple maintenance requests?
A: Yes. Each issue should be submitted as a separate request.
