Step 1: Confirm All Required Screenings Are Complete

Green Residential typically completes tenant screenings within 3 to 4 full business days. The timeline depends on how quickly verification responses are received from references such as past landlords and employers.

Before your application can move forward, confirm that all required screenings have been completed:

  • Identification and Income Verification (Verifast)

  • Pet Screening, if applicable

Step 2: Check Your Application Status

To view the status of pending or approved applications, including your own (identified by your initials), visit the application status page provided by Green Residential.

If the property you applied for is not listed by Danielle Cushnie or Jorge Lopez, contact the appropriate leasing agent below for application status updates.
